This song was popularized by The Company in the late 90's.  It was also featured in the movie Radio Romance (i think).  A quick youtube search informed me that this song was revived by Erik Santos and Sheryn Regis, and was featured in the movie entitled Now That I Have You, starring Bea Alonzo and John Lloyd Cruz. I still prefer the version by The Company.
