Hizon's AE Issues

Our original AE was Sheila. Although she was very accommodating and kind, I've read negative feedback about her through w@w. But I
vowed to just keep in touch with her always so that all details would be taken care of. After booking and paying our reservations (and
having a lengthy discussion on the table set-up I wanted, and semi-finalizing the menu), our caterer issues had to take a back seat. We
had to go over the other wedding details - photographer, gowns, etc. so I did not make any contacts with Hizon's after the reservation.

90 days before the wedding. We had to pay our next downpayment. I called their office on a very early Saturday morning to tell Sheila
that we were coming. Surprise! It was Mrs. Hizon herself who spoke to me on the phone, telling me that Sheila was no longer connected with
them. What??? Why was I not informed? I was already teary-eyed while speaking to Mrs. Hizon. What will happen to our reception? What about
the details we discussed? Probably detecting the disappointment and panic in my voice, she assured me that all their AEs are capable anyway
and that somebody is already handling our account. Needless to say, we rushed to go their office to straighten up this mess.

Upon knowing that we were now in the capable hands of Marianne(AE of our friends who were also getting married), I was able to breathe a little. Okay, we had to go over all the details
(again, my table set-up), which was really time-consuming. But of course, we really had to do this. It was also good that she gave us
a free dish: pasta in white sauce. Yay! Again, once the details were settled and the menu finalized, caterer issues were again on a break.
A few days before our 30-days-before-the-wedding-downpayment was due, I got a call from Hizons. It was Ella. She asked me about the payments we've already made with them.
Although that was a bit odd, (they have records, don't they?) I just busied myself with other things.
It was from our friend that we heard the news about Marianne. She wasn't connected with Hizon's anymore. I was a bit
furious why the AE who just called me a few days ago did not inform me of this issue.
When we went back there for our final downpayment (we paid in full already so that we wont have to go back there again), we again discussed the table set-up that I wanted. We also discussed the possibility of setting up a tent at NSDG garden.

Come reception time, Kuks was retouching my make up just before we entered the reception area. Ella greeted me. I really appreciate Ella's presence, especially since AE's are not really required to be on the site. We entered the reception site and I was really amazed by the nice set up by Hizon's.

All the troubles/worries I encountered because of having to deal with three different AEs was well worth it!
