Deciding on a wedding motif

Picking a special color for your special day can indeed be a very daunting task. Not only do you have to consider your favorite or one that reflects your personality, you also have to match most of your wedding items with the color you choose. More importantly, the color dictates the mood of your special day and will make your pictures nice and memorable.

Luckily, most fabric shops will happily give you swatches of fabrics so you can mix and match the colors before you actually buy the fabric in bulk. Browsing through countless wedding magazines can also spark your imagination. Even better, you can look around the internet for ideas for color combinations before you decide.

Aria dress offers this nice wedding album which allows you to visualize gown colors and motifs (for the fabrics and the matching flowers, too).

I pick these (in no particular order):
aqua blue and bright pink flowers
powder blue and chocolate brown
salmon and chocolate brown
turquoise and magenta
who said black cant be a wedding motif? pair classic black gowns with orange or magenta accents
