Getting them was probably the best decision we've made for the wedding (aside from deciding to get married, of course). We met them in a wedding two months prior to ours. We were impressed by their professionalism and their "OC-ness." Both of us were offerers during the offertory of that wedding, and they called us through our cellphones 40 minutes before the ceremony, making sure we were going to be there. Since they didn't know we were together, they called us separately, about 2 minutes apart. :)

Meeting and talking with Roma never fails to remove all my wedding-related worries. Of course, while going over the to-do list with her, I can't help but panic sometimes (as in, "Matches? I have to bring matches??")... really, if they weren't there, I wouldn't even bother about a thousand things. But their checklist really has helped me a lot, and without them, my wedding would've been a total wreck. On the day wedding coordinators are really great angels.

I especially commend Roma, for her initiative and alertness. We had a minor brownout during the pictorials inside the church. Since the wedding was in the evening, it was pitch black inside. My family who was with us at the altar (we were supposed to be having the pictorials), was calling out her name, but no response came. A few seconds later, I could hear Roma's voice reporting to me that she had been to the parish office, has informed them of the problem and that we didn't know when the electricity will be back. I asked her if it's ok to have the pictorials outside, and she helped to inform the guests to exit the church.
